These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Invictus Aquatics website at invictusaquatics.com and your participation in programs operated by Invictus Aquatics. By accessing our website or registering for any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ABOUT INVICTUS AQUATICS
Invictus Aquatics is a competitive water polo club based in Orange County, California, serving youth athletes (ages 16 and under, 18 and under) and adult players through our Crest Masters program. The club was founded in 2026 and operates at pool facilities throughout Orange County.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
You may use this website to learn about our programs, view our schedule, submit inquiries through the contact form, and register for programs via our payment links. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
Registration for Invictus Aquatics programs is completed online. When you click a registration or payment link, you are redirected to Stripe (buy.stripe.com), a secure third-party payment processor, to complete your transaction. Invictus Aquatics does not collect or store credit card or banking information.
By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. For youth athletes, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration.
Registration constitutes agreement to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Water polo is a physically demanding contact sport. By registering for or participating in any Invictus Aquatics program, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the sport, including but not limited to physical contact, fatigue, and water-related hazards. Participants and their parents or guardians assume all risks associated with participation. Additional liability waivers may be required as part of the registration process.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All athletes, parents, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves with sportsmanship and respect. Invictus Aquatics reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or contrary to the values of the club. Refunds in such cases are handled at the club's discretion.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Invictus Aquatics or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written consent.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
