Invictus Aquatics is committed to treating all athletes and families fairly. The following policy applies to all registrations and payments made through our website at invictusaquatics.com. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
SEASONAL REGISTRATION (18U, 16U, CREST MASTERS DUES)
Before the Season Begins
Full refunds are available for cancellation requests made before the first scheduled practice of the season. To request a refund, email us at invictusaquatics@gmail.com with your name, the program you registered for, and your reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
After the Season Begins
Refund requests made after the season has started are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Prorated refunds may be available depending on the timing of the request and the number of practices/events remaining in the season. We consider circumstances such as injury, relocation, and other extenuating factors. Contact us directly to discuss your situation.
No Refund After Mid-Season
Refund requests made after the midpoint of the season are generally not eligible for a refund, as the majority of program costs (pool rentals, coaching, tournament registrations) have already been committed.
DROP-IN SESSIONS (CREST MASTERS DROP IN)
Drop-in session fees are non-refundable once purchased. Each drop-in payment covers a single session and is valid for the scheduled session date. If you are unable to attend a session after purchasing a drop-in, please contact us to discuss options for applying the credit to a future session, subject to availability.
TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEES
Tournament entry fees (such as the SoCal Invite Tournament Fee) are non-refundable once the team has been registered with the tournament organizer. If your cancellation request is received before the team has been registered for the event, a full refund may be issued. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to withdraw from a tournament.
CLINIC AND EVENT FEES
Fees for clinics and special events are refundable up to 7 days before the event date. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as spots in clinics are limited and late cancellations prevent other athletes from participating.
CLUB-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS
If Invictus Aquatics cancels a program, event, or season for any reason (including insufficient enrollment or facility issues), full refunds will be issued to all affected registrants within 10 business days.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please email us with the following information:
- Full name of the registered athlete
- Program or event name
- Date of registration/payment
- Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
