REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

What is included in seasonal registration?

Seasonal registration for youth programs (18U and 16U) includes all regular practices, coaching, league play, and team administration for the duration of the season. Tournament entry fees are typically separate and paid individually as events are scheduled. Crest Masters seasonal dues include all regular practices and scrimmage sessions, plus eligibility for tournament team rosters.

What is the refund policy?

Refund requests made before the start of the season are honored in full. Once the season begins, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated depending on the timing of the request. Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the team has been registered for the event. Contact us directly to discuss any refund situations.

What should my athlete bring to the first practice?

Athletes should bring a water polo suit or competitive swimsuit, goggles for warm-up laps, a water bottle, a towel, and sunscreen for outdoor pool sessions. Water polo caps are provided by the club for competitions. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so athletes can meet the coaching staff and be ready to start on time.

How is age verification handled?

Age groups are determined by the athlete's age as of a specific date set by the governing body for each season. During registration, you may be asked to provide proof of age such as a birth certificate or government-issued ID. This ensures fair competition and proper team placement for all athletes in the program.

Can I register for multiple programs?

Yes. Athletes may register for more than one program if schedules allow. For example, a youth athlete could participate in their age group team and also sign up for clinics or special events. Masters players can register for the full season and also use drop-in sessions for additional pool time. Each program requires its own separate registration.

Is there financial assistance available?

Invictus Aquatics believes that financial barriers should not prevent talented athletes from participating in water polo. If your family needs financial assistance, please contact us directly through our contact page to discuss available options. All inquiries are handled confidentially.
